All feedback, suggestions, and submissions become our property and may be used for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.

We are not responsible for content, products, or services on third-party websites linked from our Site. Use these at your own risk.
13. Site Management
We reserve the right to monitor the Site and restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
14. Loyalty and Reward Program
Participation in the SUPER LINER Rewards Program is voluntary and includes three tiers:

Motorist (I): Free upon registration with early access to product launches.

Enthusiast (II): Earn 5,000 points through purchases/referrals.

Petrolhead (III): Earn 10,000 points for top-tier benefits and annual gifts.
Points accumulation and benefits are subject to seasonal availability and change without notice.
15. Free Shipping
Free shipping is valid on U.S. orders over $150 (excluding oversized items and Outdoor Series). Taxes and prior purchases are excluded. Offer may change without notice.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms. Users may not register new accounts after suspension.
17. Modifications and Interruptions
We may update or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not responsible for downtime or service interruptions.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Delaware.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
20. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $300 or the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.
21. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for errors, loss of data, or unauthorized access.
22. User Data
We retain data for performance purposes, but you are responsible for backups. We are not liable for data loss.
